Emotionally Effective Leader Workshop

Companies are realizing more than ever that their employees need more than just technical expertise – they need emotional intelligence.

Emotionally Effective Leader Workshop

One Day On-Site Workshop

Emotional Intelligence or EQ is a leader’s ability to understand their own emotions and how they affect the workplace as well as how to manage other’s emotions.  It is a key component to being an effective and intentional leader.  The Emotionally Effective Leader Workshop provides attendees with a deeper understanding of Emotional Intelligence as well as a key set of tools to be the well-rounded leader needed in today’s environment.

Business Leaders are no longer being defined by their IQs or even their technical skills.  It is their emotional intelligence that makes a difference.  It is rarely for the lack of smarts or vision.  Most unsuccessful leaders stumble because of one simple, fatal shortcoming.  The failure is one of emotional strength.

Tom lead our management team through a series of exercises adapted to fit our phase of business. It was enlightening to look at the company from many vantage points, and make decisions as a team about what the next 3 years will look like. We are starting 2018 with a crystal clear target, and initiatives to execute on it. It’s been so helpful to have a map, a path, and for that matter be clear on what mountain we’re climbing.

Maybe even complete an IronMan or two in between. Then, over time, your relationships flex, the kids move out, and your business […]

One Thing I’m Taking with Me from 2020

As 2020 comes to a close and we look longingly toward a brighter 2021, I wonder how we will come out the other side of all the unrest, anger, distrust, and fear. I’ve always been a glass half full kind of gal, so I choose to enter 2021 hopeful – without letting go of the […]
