A 90 minute discovery meeting with Tom Barrett, a Nashville-based Certified Scaling Up Coach™.

This interactive in-person or virtual meeting introduces your leadership team to Tom and to our proven approach, allowing you and your team to decide if Tom and our approach is the best fit for your company.  The discovery meeting also allows us to customize the right and best implementation approach for your unique business and stage.  The following is an illustrative implementation journey and can be customized to maximize your results.

Phase I: Base Camp

Preparing to Scale: Master the foundational tools required to scale

Three Full Day Base Camp Sessions

Three full day sessions with your team to begin implementing People, Strategy, Execution & Cash tools over 60 to 90 days. The agenda for each Base Camp Session is customized to your specific needs but over the first three sessions typically includes: Mastering Growth, Talent Assessment, Functional Accountability Chart, Process Accountability Chart, The Meeting Rhythm (Daily Standup, Weekly Tactical), Scoreboard, 7 Strata, Cash Flow Story, and beginning to complete the One-Page Strategic Plan including Core Values, Purpose, BHAG, Core Customer, Sandbox & Brand Promise, 3-5 Year Targets, 1 Year Goals and Quarterly Rocks.


Phase II: The Climb

Scaling: Achieve your inspiring vision, differentiated strategy & actionable plan 90 days at a time

Quarterly Planning

A full day session with your team every quarter to review prior quarter results & Rocks, gain insights from Cash Flow Story, realign around the Strategy, introduce new tools as appropriate, align on new quarterly Rocks and solve significant issues.

Annual Planning
